Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction and Acceptance
This Return and Refund Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms and conditions under which users of the BandhuBuy mobile application ("the Platform") may return purchased goods and receive refunds. By using the BandhuBuy Platform and its services, you ("User," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. BandhuBuy ("we," "us," "our") operates as a group buying e-commerce platform.
If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Platform's services for purchases.
4. Conditions for Returns and Refunds
4.1 Eligibility Criteria
Users may be eligible for a return and refund under the following circumstances:
- Product Defects or Quality Issues: The product received is damaged, defective, faulty, or not in working condition upon arrival.
- Incorrect Product: The product delivered does not match the description on the product listing page.
- Wrong Quantity: The delivery contains fewer items than ordered.
- Missing Parts or Accessories: The product is delivered without all included parts, components, or accessories as advertised.
- Group Buying Failure: The group buying activity does not reach the required number of participants within the specified time frame.
- Seller Cannot Fulfill Order: The seller is unable to ship the product after a successful group.
4.2 Timeframe for Initiation
- For Physical Goods: Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery confirmation.
- For Group Failure: Refunds for unsuccessful groups are processed automatically upon group expiration.
4.4 Non-Returnable Products
Certain product categories are generally not eligible for return:
- Perishable Goods: Fresh and processed foods, beverages
- Personal Care & Health Products: Cosmetics, skincare items, medicines
- Digital Goods & Software: Downloaded software, electronic vouchers, gift cards
- Customized/Made-to-Order Products
5. Return and Refund Process
5.1 Initiating a Return Request
- Log in to your BandhuBuy account
- Navigate to "My Orders" section
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return
- Click on "Return Item" or "Request Return"
- Select the appropriate reason for return
- Provide clear description and upload supporting evidence
- Submit your return request
5.4 Refund Processing
Refunds will be initiated after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund amount to be reflected in your account after approval.
