1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BandhuBuy (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). The Platform is a group buying e-commerce platform operating in Bangladesh, allowing users to initiate and participate in group buying shopping activities. By registering, logging in, or using our services through the BandhuBuy mobile application, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), and agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please immediately stop using the Platform's services. This Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you and the Platform, setting forth the terms and conditions for your use of the Platform's services.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:

• "Platform": Refers to the BandhuBuy mobile application and its related services.
• "User": Refers to any individual or entity that registers, logs in, or uses the Platform's services.
• "Group Buying": Refers to collective shopping activities initiated by users through the Platform, which require reaching a specified number of participants within an agreed time frame to form a successful group.
• "Initiator": Refers to the user who initiates a group buying activity.
• "Participant": Refers to a user who participates in a group buying activity initiated by another user.
• "Successful Group Formation": Refers to a group buying activity that meets the specified number of participants within the agreed time frame.
• "Group Buying Failure": Refers to a group buying activity that fails to meet the specified number of participants within the agreed time frame.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Platform's services, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You must be a natural person at least 18 years of age or meet the legal age requirements stipulated by Bangladeshi law. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify the Platform of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches.

3.3 Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny current or future use of our services at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe that you have violated the terms of this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations.
